Our main location is in Kuwait City.

We also ship to: Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, Egypt, Algeria, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco and Tunisia.

When will my order ship?

Please take in mind that orders placed on a Friday or holidays will ship next business day.

Will I need to pay customs / taxes?

Orders outside of Kuwait are subject to import duties and taxes.

We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs.

Customs policies vary from country to country; we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

By law, we must declare prices for all items being shipped.

DHL will be in contact with you in regards to the taxes are due to receive your order.

Please note: Any order that is refused payment on taxes will be returned to us. You will receive a refund after all admin fees are deducted.

These admin fees include:
- Return shipping to Maison The Astrid in Kuwait.
- Taxes on return to Kuwait from destination country.

Is delivery straight to my door?

We ship all orders with DHL which means your order will be delivered directly to the address you provide.
Please provide an address where someone is available to receive the package.

Local orders are sent via our driver, no tracking.

International orders sent via DHL, you will receive tracking info once your order is marked as 'shipped'.

How do I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?

We recommend to contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make any changes. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to update your address.

We work exclusively with DHL and all shipments are insured with them.

Local deliveries are made by our driver, no tracking.

International deliveries are handled by DHL, a tracking number will be sent to you once your order is marked as shipped with relevant info for you to track.

Can I cancel my order once its been placed?

You may cancel your order by contacting our customer service team who can cancel your order if it has not yet shipped.

If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order and will need to then arrange a return once you have received it.

What if I am missing an item on my order?

What if the item I want is Out of Stock?

We offer limited stock of items. If an item is no longer available it will show out of stock. Where we apply a pre-order option this means we will make the order up once ordered. For more info please email us

Can I use more than 1 coupon code at a time?

Only one promo code is allowed to be used at a time. If you have a Gift Card code, you will be able to use the gift card, hit enter and then add the discount code after.

Can I add an item to my order after its been placed?

We are not able to add items to your order once it's been placed. We suggest placing a separate order or cancel your previous order and place a new one with all the items desired.
